Thank you for shopping with SEKACAMP. We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase or coupon code is required.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM CT or on weekends and holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after your order ships, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as carrier delays may occur during peak seasons or due to weather.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. If you have not received tracking within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
SEKACAMP is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days at support@sekacamp.com with photos, and we will make it right.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.
