Return & Refund Policy

At SEKACAMP we want you to be fully satisfied with your outdoor gear. If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included. Certain items cannot be returned, including final-sale items, gift cards, and used or assembled products that show signs of wear.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, email us at support@sekacamp.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will respond with return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original (subject to the policy above) and place a new order for the replacement.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@sekacamp.com with photos. We will cover the cost of replacement or return shipping in these cases.
